Coming from a corporate background our founder Jane Tweedy has been involved in many different programs with a variety of businesses, including implementation of measures like High Performing Teams and 360 reviews. Team building, corporate training solutions and corporate facilitation are areas where we are passionate about doing things differently.

Our independence allows more buy-in and open communication from the employees and leaders within your business. Jane’s varied background allows for bringing in a mix of winning corporate, small business and employee strategies to grow a more complete understanding of scenarios. After all, if you don’t understand your customer, or can’t relate to them, how will you do business with them?

We have connections with experts in many areas (including human resources, team building, professional coaching) and can co-ordinate and provide a complete solution with a team we co-ordinate if necessary. Highly practical, real world solutions

Like our small business training, we offer highly practical sessions. Our solutions are real world, not ‘just from a textbook’. We can offer in-person or online training sessions, interactive training sessions, facilitate group brainstorming and so much more!

From inception, FAQ Business Training focused on the small business market, however our Founder Jane Tweedy’s background is in corporate. Under FAQ Business Training we have spoken/trained in a corporate environment including on a Xero budget panel, NRMA Driver Training conference, NSW Government Departments, and in-house sales training, as well as numerous conferences (including the WBECS/coaching.com Global Summit) with a mix of corporate and business attendees. Since 2022, Jane is also an Executive Coach with CoachHub working with leaders at major Australian and global brands across a variety of industries (over 300 sessions conducted).

Prior to this Jane worked in corporate for nearly 20 years in client service, reporting, investment analytics, operational risk, and held middle management leadership roles. In these roles and in volunteer positions Jane is actively involved in strategy, problem solving and continuous improvement.

The past events noted below are primarily targeted to the small to medium business market. However they do provide an idea of the breadth of topic coverage, even with just Jane our Founder and Lead Trainer conducting the sessions. Jane has spoken/trained in a corporate environment including on a Xero budget panel, NRMA Driver Training conference, various NSW Government Departments, and in-house sales training, facilitated strategy sessions, as well as numerous conferences with a mix of corporate and business attendees. Jane also works with the corporate market through individual Executive Coaching.

Prior to this avenue, Jane worked in corporate for nearly 20 years in client service, reporting, investment analytics, operational risk, and held middle management leadership roles, including running training and strategy sessions for her team, and in some cases the wider business. In addition Jane was a Shift Manager and Training and Communication Manager for a busy CBD McDonald’s.

Over time, many of the topics will be converted to stand alone online courses under our online training school. In the past we have had courses on different platforms and been involved in group summits, as well as many speaking opportunities.
