What can FAQ Business on Demand asynchronous coaching do for you?

If you need help quickly and don’t have time to wait for a meeting, or you have ‘just a quick question’ then asynchronous coaching (or shortened to async coaching) is for you! Maybe another great idea popped into your head, or you’ve remembered the question that alluded you at your last regular coaching session. Or even when you completed a training, actually put it into action (we LOVE action-takers!) and want a second opinion before releasing into the wild. All of these are the perfect use of the FAQ Business on Demand async coaching! The aim of async coaching is to get you unstuck so you can continue making progress. It is not instantaneous, and we will be clear on deliverables before buying a package.

What is asynchronous coaching?

Asynchronous coaching (or async coaching) is still fairly new in Australia. It is coaching and advice where we are both doing our own thing at our own time, even if one or both of us is away from home base. It can also be delivered via a variety of channels including WhatsApp, Instagram or LinkedIn DMs/messages, email, Teams or Google Chat. You’ll make your choices when you join.

With FAQ Business on Demand you buy a package and can use it over time, in minimum 5 minute increments. So, you may use a one hour block for 12 really quick questions, or maybe a couple of 30 minute blocks where more in-depth review, research and reply is required by FAQ Business. The choice is yours. The FAQ Business on Demand service is real life Jane, not an AI clone of her broad and deep brain!

Remember Jane may be in other meetings or trainings, or even asleep when you message, so you will need to wait for a reply. Plus sometimes some research or review is required before replying, or simply some time to consider an issue before responding. Also, just because Jane replies to you at 2am does not mean you need to do anything until the morning!

Regular business coaching and advisory sessions

Jane still offers regular business coaching and business advisory sessions in-person in Western Sydney and online anywhere. Async coaching is an additional service that can complement regular coaching sessions, our FAQBT Business Growth Membership, our training, OR can be used standalone.

Our regular coaching sessions are conducted in-person or online face to face, as body language is a core part of communication, and allows Jane to assess whether what you say is matching what you’re feeling and doing. For async coaching, advisory and support we aren’t face to face AND we aren’t even communicating at the same time for the most part. Because of this advantage and limitation, some services/topics will not be available via FAQ Business on Demand. You can check out our coaching services here.

Jane Tweedy, Professional Certified Coach (PCC with ICF) – you’re in good hands

We know there are a LOT of people out there who call themselves a coach, which is why our Founder Jane Tweedy, sought to differentiate herself as a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coaching Federation (ICF) after undertaking a Certificate IV in Business and Personal Coaching, mentor training and over 500 hours coaching. More recently Jane became a CoachHub Certified Coach (executive coaching). She is also a Herrmann Certified Practitioner (HBDI® profiles and Whole Brain® Thinking) and DISC accredited. Jane loves her small business clients and will always find a way to bring in some form of business coaching to these clients.

Jane Tweedy is the Founder and Chief Training Officer of FAQ Business Training, FAQ Business Consulting, and the host of FAQ Business Podcast. She is also a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coaching Federation, DISC accredited, and an HBDI® Certified Practitioner. Jane holds a multitude of formal business qualifications up to a Masters of Applied Finance (with Merit), and studies informally daily with great local and international trainers and coaches.

In February 2022 Jane received the award for 2021 Outstanding Educational Service at the Penrith Local Business Awards. In October 2024 it was the Rising Star Award at the ALIBI Awards, which was awarded for our time in service, our ability to flex service offerings to meet demand and our extensive community involvement. Due to ill health, Jane chose not to enter awards, or accept nominations in 2025/2026.
