Handling customer reviews effectively can make or break a small business because customers often check social proof before buying. This usually starts with the prospect checking out your reviews, particularly on Facebook and Google, and when relevant, on specialist sites like TripAdvisor.

But it’s not only the ratings themselves that count. It’s the way you react to them which makes the biggest reputational impact. In this session, we’ll give you tips on how you can generate more reviews for your business, as well as how to handle different types of reviews – good bad and ugly (fake and nasty!).

– handling bad reviews which are unfortunately completely true!
– making light of a one-off bad review

About our presenter: Jane Tweedy, FAQ Business Training

Jane Tweedy is the founder and lead trainer of FAQ Business Training, with a mission to educate and empower small business owners to DIY or outsource with confidence through topical training. Jane is also a part-time Business Connect Advisor for Western Sydney Business Centre, servicing The Hills primarily.
