Our Founder Jane Tweedy is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coaching Federation (ICF), and a CoachHub Certified Coach (executive coaching). She is also a Herrmann Certified Practitioner (HBDI® profiles) and DISC accredited. Jane loves her small business clients and will always find a way to bring in some form of business coaching to these clients. Even if coaching needs to move from one on one to small group business coaching as we grow. As at 1 July 2026 we have vacancy for 5 regular coaching clients.
Business coach near me Penrith, Western Sydney NSW – is that what you need?
As Jane is a Penrith business coach, located just north of Penrith CBD in Western Sydney, we can offer 2 hour in-person sessions within a 30 minute radius of Penrith (Hawkesbury, Sydney Hills District, Penrith, lower Blue Mountains, Parramatta, Blacktown, Bradfield and Oran Park). If you prefer online, that’s fine by Jane too!
Online business coach – anywhere!
Online sessions (from 45 minutes) can be offered to almost anyone, at almost any time, anywhere globally. We do sleep sometimes, but what we’re saying is we can accommodate most people (especially being a night owl)!
NEW OFFER From July 2026 – FAQ Business on Demand! Asynchronous Coaching
Available from 1 July 2026, is the NEW FAQ Business on Demand service which can be used instead of regular coaching, or as an accompaniment to regular coaching. Asynchronous coaching or async coaching as it’s often shortened to, means we provide our usual business coaching and advice independently of when we’re each available. You simply purchase FAQ Business on Demand Packages and use your allocated time using your preferred channels and communication options. We will reply within designated time periods. Find out more on our dedicated page: FAQ Business on Demand. To be clear this is the real life Jane, not an AI clone (though Jane may use AI to assist in her responses where timely and helpful).
Former Business Connect Advisor (NSW Government funding for the program withdrawn )
Unfortunately after Jane being a Business Connect Advisor (the program ending up under the Service NSW Business Bureau), and previously a Small BizConnect Advisor (via Office of the NSW Small Business Commissioner), for 10 years combined, the NSW Government withdrew funding for the program, and therefore the Business Connect program ended in September 2025. So, sorry NSW residents there are no more free sessions with Jane. However Jane will still look after you in many ways, including some for low and no cost!

Coaching is not the same as advice. We do consider it equally or even more important. Business coaching is designed to extract the best from you. It works on the basis you are the best person to make a decision for you. It’s great for shifting challenges within.
Business training
When you need more detail, we can help one on one, or in groups. We can guide you through step by step key how-to’s including things like pricing, blogging, marketing, search engine optimisation (SEO), using AI, and much more! We provide templates etc. too.

Professional Certified Coach with International Coaching Federation (PCC)
Jane has completed a Certificate IV in Business and Personal Coaching with Fire Up Coaching, and completed well over 500* hours of coaching to obtain a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) accreditation with the International Coaching Federation (ICF). This gives Jane a lot more tools in the coaching toolkit which is great for breaking down barriers you may have. With the proliferation of business coaches, we believe it also allows us to show Jane’s credentials are backed by a quality global peak body. * Lost track of how many hours up to now, but in the ‘000’s.
Online Executive Coaching
It was the PCC qualification that saw Jane get approached by CoachHub to offer executive coaching to their corporate clients. Since starting with CoachHub, Jane has worked with over 30 Executive Coachees, and completed over 300 sessions. Some of these coachees have worked for the biggest companies in Australia or the world, and a few have had over 1000 staff indirectly reporting to them. Therefore you will never need to worry you’re ‘too big’ for Jane’s business or executive coaching!
Jane Tweedy – trained, certified, award winning and experienced
Jane Tweedy is the Founder and Lead Trainer of FAQ Business Training, FAQ Business Consulting, and the host of FAQ Business Podcast. She is also a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coaching Federation and an HBDI® Certified Practitioner. Jane holds a multitude of formal business qualifications up to a Masters of Applied Finance (with Merit), and studies informally daily with great local and international trainers and coaches.
In February 2022 Jane received the award for 2021 Outstanding Educational Service at the Penrith Local Business Awards. In October 2024 it was the Rising Star Award at the ALIBI Awards, which was awarded for our time in service, our ability to flex service offerings to meet demand and our extensive community involvement. Due to ill health Jane did not enter any awards in 2025/2026.
Passionate about small business, in particular helping growing small business owners who are doing the right thing to do it right. Jane loves helping fill in gaps in knowledge, or encouraging you to untap your inner awesomeness so you can reach your business and life potential!
Jane’s coaching and advisory sessions are always based on your agenda, your need, with no set program, and currently on a session by session basis (no lengthy lock-ins here). Sessions combine coaching, advisory and training to meet your needs on the day. As you may have guessed Jane loves variety and was explained by her 2025 ADHD Diagnosis. Given her 1221 Herrmann HBDI® Profile, she already knew she preferred entrepreneurial ideas thinking, and is now learning just how much different her neurodiverse thinking is. She’s working on ways to harness the ADHD strengths, whilst managing the ADHD challenges to help you manage running a business with ADHD too!

Please check out our FAQ Business Podcast, Tea Time Tips or past events tabs on our website. Clients are regularly surprised by the depth and breadth of knowledge Jane has. But when you meet over 2100 small business clients one on one over 10+ years, you get a pretty good understanding of the issues small business owners face. In all those times (multiplied by multiple meetings of course), Jane has only been stumped twice! If you know how to get religious foreign movies into mainstream theatre distribution you beat me (although even then, now I would have someone they could at least try to get information from, plus of course I could use ChatGPT to do some research for me)!

Would you like Jane to come to you, or meet you at a mutually convenient location? A minimum 2 hour meeting is required for in-person meetings. In-person meetings must be within 30 minutes of the Penrith/Hawkesbury area (North Western Sydney, lower Blue Mountains, Blacktown and The Hills District, as far as Parramatta), or you will need to arrange to meet somewhere within this locality.

Note these are not for advice or coaching – they are purely to ascertain your needs and whether we are a good mutual fit. After all your business coach or business advisor is going to know a lot about you, and we need a relationship built on trust and mutual respect.
If you would like to accompany that session with a little taster, you can instead book our FAQ Clarity and Action Session (15 mins of advice and 15 mins of coaching/advice).
Jane’s advice can be limited for offshore jurisdictions as we will not be familiar with your local legal requirements to run your business. However, there are PLENTY of topics which fall outside that scope we can help you with, including our business and executive coaching!
